Jordan D. Hoffman grew up in Bexley, Ohio. He attended the Ohio State University where he graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude.  Mr. Hoffman then attended the Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. He has been a licensed practicing attorney in the state of Ohio since graduating from the Moritz College of Law. Prior to joining Hoffman Law, Mr. Hoffman worked as a real estate and corporate associate at Dickinson Wright PLLC, a national law firm with over 475 attorneys. At Dickinson Wright, Mr. Hoffman specialized in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, entity formations and dissolutions, and corporate governance, among other areas. Before Dickinson Wright, Mr. Hoffman worked in the Franklin County Public Defender's Office. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hoffman worked in the financial services practice of an international accounting firm. Mr. Hoffman is affiliated with many organizations around the state and community including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Columbus Bar Association. Mr. Hoffman's background serves as an asset to clients seeking to resolve complex legal matters.
